We are honoured to announce the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Signing Ceremony between IIUM and Beacon Hospital took place today on 20th January 2020.
Beacon Hospital is officially working with IIUM to set up a Cancer Centre in Kuantan under the Public Private Partnership (PPP) programme.
Objective
The objective of this satellite Cancer Centre is to provide oncology services in the East Coast area to improve the quality of care for cancer patients, prolong their life expectancy with early detection, early intervention of treatment which includes PET-CT diagnosis, Radiotherapy, Chemotherapy, Immunotherapy, and Targeted Therapy treatments.

We would also like to thank Professor Emeritus Tan Sri Dzulkifli Abdul Razak and Professor Dato Dr Mohamed Saufi Bin Awang for this strategic partnership to set up a Cancer Centre in Kuantan under the Public Private Partnership (PPP) programme to serve cancer patients at the East Coast region.
