Osteoporosis Fracture?
Osteoporosis is the most common chronic bone disease which predisposes an individual to an increased risk of fracture. At least 1 in 3 women and 1 in 5 men will suffer a fragility fracture in their lifetime due to osteoporosis.

What to Expect from Our FLS Program
We perform a thorough bone evaluation, including DEXA scans when necessary, to diagnose osteoporosis.

After discharge, your family doctor (GP) will continue your treatment, ensuring ongoing care.
Our FLS nurses and coordinators will periodically follow up with phone calls to monitor your progress and medication compliance.
All FLS patients receive follow-up sessions for a year to assess any new fragility fractures and provide necessary care.
