Ms Lu Think graduated with First Class Honours in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Newcastle, Australia in 2016.
She underwent clinical, community and food service trainings at John Hunter Hospital, Calvary Mater Hospital, Family Action Centre and Wallsend Aged Care Facility in Australia. She has been instrumental in conducting various nutrition educational programmes including ‘Healthy Tum Healthy Gums’, ‘Stir It Up’ and ‘Fruit and Veg Made Easy’.
From her previous working experience as a dietitian in a hospital, she has been actively involved in dietetic counselling, giving health talks to corporate clients, conducting group education for antenatal class and in-service talks to food service and nursing staff.
Currently as a dietitian at Beacon Hospital, Ms Lu Think continues to strive to provide evidence-based nutrition care. Whether it is weight management, managing a disease condition through nutrition or developing a healthy relationship with food, Ms Lu Think is passionate and committed to ensure that her knowledge and expertise offered to clients will enhance their well-being and quality of life.
