• Treat patients undergoing radiotherapy according to the treatment plan and dose prescription.
• Responsible for patient set-up and radiation dose delivery including patient care.
• Report suspected equipment malfunction to the relevant unit or division leads immediately.
• Ensure cleanliness of treatment rooms and machine accessories.
• Organise daily routine treatment schedule, doctor’s review and planning schedule for new patients.
• Assist in simulation for radiotherapy treatment of new patients.
• Make thermoplastic masks and assist with immobilisation or positioning devices when required.
• Observe local rules and professional standards for radiation safety.
• Maintain accurate patient treatment records and confidentiality of medical records.
• Assist in specialised radiotherapy procedures and other assigned duties.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Review and interpret prescriptions before dispensing medications.
• Prepare and dispense medications for outpatients, inpatients, wards and other hospital departments.
• Provide medication counselling to patients, including bedside dispensing when required.
• Ensure medication records and computer data entries are accurate.
• Maintain sufficient medication and pharmacy supply stocks and report shortages when necessary.
• Ensure medications are properly labelled, stored and organised according to pharmacy standards.
• Monitor and manage controlled and psychotropic substances according to regulatory requirements.
• Support ward pharmacy services, medication preparation and discharge processes.
• Assist with stock counts, inventory checks, departmental data, reports and statistics.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager or Management.

• Support the Pharmacy Manager in overseeing daily operations of the Pharmacy Department.

• Manage medication inventory, procurement, stock monitoring, storage and stock rotation.

• Monitor and report adverse drug reactions and support clinical research activities when required.

Requirement

1. Bachelor of Pharmacy.
2. Registered Pharmacist with valid annual retention certification.
3. CDR or Clinical Pharmacy experience will be an advantage.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting and repair of biomedical equipment under supervision.
• Ensure medical equipment is functioning properly and maintained according to preventive maintenance schedules.
• Conduct electrical safety testing for clinical equipment and devices.
• Coordinate with hospital staff and service vendors for equipment installation, servicing and demonstrations.
• Record daily readings for medical gas systems.
• Respond to equipment malfunction reports and assist with repairs.
• Monitor and follow up on preventive maintenance activities by external vendors.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance activities and completed tasks.
• Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the workshop and work areas.

Requirement

1. Diploma and on-the-job training or an associate degree in biomedical engineering or medical electronics.
2. Able to understand, read and write Bahasa Malaysia and English, preferably.
