This FAM Trip took a slightly different approach. Beyond visiting and getting to know the facilities at Beacon Hospital, participating agents had the opportunity to take part in an in-depth knowledge-sharing session focused on three key medical specialties: Cardiac, Oncology, and Orthopaedic care.
The Oncology session provided agents with valuable insights directly from medical specialists, including Dr. Tho Lye Mun, Clinical Oncologist, and Dr. Anuradha Suberamaniam, Gynaecological Oncologist. The session offered a closer look at the expertise, treatment approaches, and medical services available at Beacon Hospital.
The FAM Trip brought together agents from across Indonesia, representing Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan/Batam, Makassar, Bali, Pontianak, Balikpapan, and Padang.
Through this FAM Trip, we hope the participating agents gained a broader understanding of Beacon Hospital’s medical expertise and services. More importantly, we hope these insights will help them provide patients with clearer, more accurate information and better support when seeking medical care.
