Dr Anand Raj A/L Silveraju is a Consultant in Internal Medicine (Cardiology) with extensive experience in the diagnosis and management of complex heart conditions. He is committed to providing evidence-based, patient-centred cardiac care, with particular expertise in coronary artery disease, heart rhythm disorders, and advanced interventional cardiology techniques.

Dr Anand holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from Universiti Malaya (UM), a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Crimea State Medical University, and a Master of Medicine (Internal Medicine) from Universiti Malaya. His strong academic foundation is complemented by active involvement in clinical research and guideline development, reflecting his dedication to continuous learning and clinical excellence.

His clinical interests include the management of heavily calcified coronary artery disease, complex coronary stenting, supraventricular tachycardia, and arrhythmia care in special populations, including pregnant patients. Dr Anand has contributed to international and regional medical journals, with publications covering interventional cardiology, cardiac arrhythmias, and cardiovascular complications related to systemic conditions.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr Anand has served as a Committee Member and Contributor to the Malaysian Clinical Practice Guideline for Pre-Pregnancy Clinic (2022–2023), supporting the development of national standards for cardiovascular care in high-risk patients.

Dr Anand’s contributions to cardiology have been recognised through his achievement as Champion of the National Heart Association of Malaysia Presidential Cup Competition 2022. He communicates fluently in English and Malay, ensuring clear and effective engagement with patients from diverse backgrounds.
