Beacon Hospital was honoured to be part of the Pink Ribbon Programme 2026, a community health initiative held at Klinik Kesihatan Kapar for residents in the Klang area.
The programme was jointly organised by Klinik Kesihatan Kapar, Kelab Kebajikan dan Rekreasi Klinik Kesihatan Kapar, Pejabat Kesihatan Daerah Klang and Panel Penasihat Klinik Kesihatan Kapar.
As part of the initiative, the Beacon Hospital team was on-site to provide mammogram screening and conduct a health awareness roadshow, engaging with members of the community and highlighting the importance of breast health, regular screening and early detection.
The programme provided an opportunity for women in the community to gain greater awareness of breast health and take proactive steps towards appropriate screening and preventive care.
Beacon Hospital would like to thank the organisers, partners and everyone involved in making the programme possible, as well as members of the community who participated and supported the initiative.
Through continued collaboration and health education, we hope to encourage more women to prioritise regular breast screening and early detection.
