Knee replacement remains one of the most common and successful orthopaedic procedures, with a success rate exceeding 95%.
Traditional knee replacement surgery already delivers excellent outcomes when combined with proper rehabilitation, allowing many patients to return to normal activities.
AI and advanced medical technologies are becoming increasingly integrated into modern healthcare, enhancing the ability of doctors to diagnose and treat diseases more effectively. Dato’ Dr Lee notes that about half of his joint replacement patients now request robotic-assisted surgery because of its clear advantages. Despite having decades of surgical experience, he believes that embracing new technologies leads to better patient outcomes.
