About the initiative

What is the Mammogram Bus?

The Beacon Hospital Mammogram Bus is a mobile screening initiative that supports access to 3D mammogram screening beyond the hospital setting. It is developed to serve workplaces, community organisations, events and selected locations where eligible women may benefit from more convenient access to breast screening.

Who is it for?

The screening is generally recommended for women aged 40 years old and above. Eligibility may also be subject to suitability assessment where applicable, including screening history, medical background and operational screening criteria.

Important: The Mammogram Bus is currently not available for individual appointment bookings. Individual mammogram screening may be arranged through Beacon Hospital's standard mammogram screening service where applicable.
