Our hands essentially allow us to accomplish many tasks such as holding, writing, and many more. It is an extension of our forelimb that is flexible and functional. The internal of the hands include bones. ligaments, vessels, tendons, tissues, joints, nerves and etc.

The ability to use our hands, therefore, depends on all internals working in a coordinated way, to allow the motor skill to carry out a specific motion toward accomplishing the task we wanted to do.
