What is oncoplastic surgery? 

Oncoplastic surgery combines the synergy of advanced breast cancer surgery with plastic surgery. It helps maintain the natural appearance of the breast after surgical removal of breast tumor is performed. In a nutshell, oncoplastic surgery is done to improve a patient’s physical and psychological needs to ensure that the patient can concentrate on recovery after the tumor surgery as it improves the postsurgical aesthetic appearance of the breast.
