• Palliative care in cancer and non-cancer condition (managing complex symptoms and deal with challenging ethical issues in a wide range of clinical environment)

• Clinical lead for rolling out the usage of Electronic Palliative Care Coordinating System (EPaCCS) at Hayward House and also the NUH specialist palliative care team.
  
• Contribute to the provision of palliative care expertise to the hepatobilliary and pancreatic (HPB) cancer MDT team and the lung cancer MDT team.
  
• Lead a NUH NHS Improvement Project that improved information sharing between Hayward House and primary care. There was significant improvement in the quality of discharge letters and relevant information shared between primary and secondary care. Its success was recognised at the Patient Experience Network National Awards (PENNA) 2017 and was the runner up winner for the ‘Personalisation of Care’ category, and one of the finalists for the ‘Continuity Care’ category.
