What will the doctor do during this *FREE Doctor’s Home Consultation?
- Conduct a physical assessment on your loved one i.e. taking vital signs.
- Evaluate the current medical background of your loved ones.
- Assess the current condition of your loved one to arrange the necessary medical care and support.
- Understand on what is needed and the type of care by you and your family to give your loved ones the best care from home.
- Discuss on any medications, blood investigations, dietary assessment and rehabilitation assessment that may be needed.
- Discuss on the Home HealthCare services that are available to be provided to your loved one from home.
